We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment. The successful candidate will coordinate the receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
The role requires monitoring stock movements, maintaining accurate inventory records, and working closely with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless product flow. The ideal candidate is organized, results-driven, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years' warehouse experience in FMCG. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles (FIFO/FEFO).
• Experience relevant ERP platforms. Good understanding of warehouse operations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and Coordinate daily warehouse
• operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate recording of all stock movements within the warehouse.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Plan and coordinate the timely dispatch of products to meet customer service and distribution requirements.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, including goods receipts, stock transfers, returns, and dispatch records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, quality requirements, and warehouse operating procedures.
• Track inbound and outbound inventory to minimize stock losses, damages, and variances. Support the implementation of inventory control and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain and Sales teams to ensure seamless material flow, timely order fulfillment, and optimal stock availability.
