    Kitchen Assistant

    Job Description

    • Supports the chef and other kitchen staff in preparing and serving assorted meals.
    • Assist in food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling dishes.
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes and other utensils.
    • Store food and supplies in designated areas.
    • Assist in plating and garnishing dishes.
    • Help with receiving and organizing food deliveries.
    • Emptying kitchen bins and maintaining a clean environment around the kitchen area.
    • Any other duty as will be assigned by the Chef.

    Requirements

    Description 

    • Responsible for keeping inventory and stock level records, compiling records of expenditures/consumptions periodically
    • Responsible for piling received purchased items on carts/shelf
    • In charge of storing food, beverage, and operational stocks.
    • Perform daily check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene

    Job Description

    • Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of hotel rooms and its environs.
    • Replenish linens, towels, and toiletries as occasion demands.
    • Restock minibars in the room and remove the trash.
    • Ensure all rooms are cleaned and prepared for new guests.
    • Cleaning hotel rooms, including dusting and public areas.
    • Inspecting rooms for any damages, repairs or maintenance issues and reporting them to your line managers.

    Responsibilities

    General Operations Supervisor

    Job Description

    • Responsible for ensuring that the hotel provides excellent customer service, managing staff, overseeing room allocations, allocating tasks, managing shifts, and resolving issues that may arise.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily hotel operations to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.
    • Monitor staffing levels and oversee employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
    • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Maintain hotel appearance and cleanliness standards.
    • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and functionality.

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 5 - 15 years experience.

    Maintenance Officer

    Job Description

    • Responsible for performing repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel's facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
    • Lighting up the premises on a daily basis.
    • Checking the Generator status and Operating Systems
    • Cover and uncover pool side Fans and Swimming Pool maintenance.
    • Repairing all faults detected within the premises
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking and replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and repairing leaky faucets.
    • Timely response to guest requests for repairs and maintenance.
    • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and equipment to identify potential issues.
    • Vibes/music control from the control room as at when due.
    • Water System Control and pumping water when necessary.
    • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, and electrical works.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including storing tools and equipment properly.
    • Attending to all maintenance work within and outside the premises as occasion demands.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 5 - 15 years work experience.
