Data Entry at Capsgain Solutions

As a Data Entry Officer at Capsgain Solutions Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our sales/delivery records. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately entering, updating, and maintaining sales-related data across company systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and confidentiality to ensure that sales records, customer information, and reports are complete, accurate, and up to date to support effective workflow. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain data integrity, and contribute to the overall success of our e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter daily sales data into the CRM or internal databases
• Update customer details, delivery outcomes, and payment records
• Verify sales data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Maintain organized digital records and ensure proper data filing
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales data reports as required
• Flag discrepancies, missing information, or unusual data trends
• Ensure data confidentiality and comply with company data protection policies

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in a relevant field
• Previous experience in data entry, sales administration, or a similar role is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
• Experience working with sales data or CRM systems is an added advantage.
