Operations Manager at District 9 Studios

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of our projects. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between clients, creatives, editors, and contractors, and for making sure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and experienced in managing workflows in a creative or production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage multiple projects from brief to final delivery
• Coordinate editors, videographers, and external contractors
• Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day client communication
• Create and manage production timelines, schedules, and deliverables
• Track feedback, revisions, approvals, and deadlines
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Maintain organized project documentation and file management
• Identify and resolve production issues before they escalate

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, project management, or production management
• Experience working in a creative agency or production environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and client-management abilities
• Familiarity with video production workflows and project management tools
