    Unit Head, Product Development

    • To provide high-quality insights and recommendations by conducting comprehensive research on products and services, analysing market trends and competitors, and identifying potential new products. This involves defining and executing new product development and reviews, including specifications, pricing, and timelines for product launches. The goal is to drive revenue growth, profitability, market share, brand equity, and customer loyalty.

    Role Qualification:

    Academic/Professional:

    • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics or related course of study.

    Work Experience:

    • At least 3 years’ experience and with track record in conducting actuarial and risk analysis.
    • VBA, SAS & R programming will be an added advantage.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage relationships directly with external parties such as, but not limited to, AXA Group entities, actuarial consultants and the company’s auditors.
    • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop new and enhanced systems, processes, programs, and policies to support business needs.
    • Perform market research to assess viability of potential new products and to measure success of recent campaigns. Research into key areas of the Company’s operations, especially with regards to customers, product opportunities and competitive positioning. Carry out analysis of consumer data to determine suitable product offerings and their positioning.
    • Evaluate production costs to develop pricing strategies and understanding the impact of pricing on profit margins.
    • Develop new products based on research, assess product requirements, carry out forecasting for new product.
    • Collaborate to ensure marketing objectives and schedules for all phases of product solicitation and introduction to market including but not limited to sales materials and retail presentations. Produce competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors.

    Required Skills and Competencies

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal context.
    • Analytical and computational – make informed decisions through strong analytical, conceptual and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to manage and motivate direct reports to produce high quality results and make significant progress through their career.
    • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to drive results.

    Head Strategy Execution Officer

    • To oversee the implementation of the company’s strategy, and monitoring performance against targets.

    Role Qualification:

    Academic/Professional:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM course or Finance related course.
    • Advanced Degree (MBA, or MSC in a relevant business-related course)

    Work Experience: Minimum 8 – 10 years of professional experience with at least 4 in a related position and at least 4 years of leadership experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • The individual must be able to analyse information to bring out actionable insights, identify and prioritize actions, and navigate the highly matrixed global environment.
    • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills High moral and ethical values
    • Previous experience in management consulting or prior corporate strategy background will be an advantage.
    • Experience communicating at the Executive management level.
    • Ability to engage senior stakeholders with strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Negotiation skills.
    • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
    • This individual will solve unique and complex problems with tangible impact on internal and external stakeholders.
    • Good knowledge of the financial services industry.
    • Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through the execution of initiatives.
    • Developing tactical and strategic recommendations based on a deep understanding of growth levers in our marketplace and business; Being the driving force to implement/execute these.
    • Act as an internal business consultant for the strategic business unit in reviewing and retooling their business focus, product offering, and market segmentation.
