Key Responsibilities

• Drive product and innovation strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch.
• Identify emerging market trends and customer needs to develop impactful solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology products.
• Drive adoption, revenue growth, customer retention, and market expansion.
• Ensure products meet industry standards, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA/MSc) is an added advantage.
• 10–12 years’ experience in Product Management, Innovation, or Strategy roles.
• Proven track record in business technology solutions.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale product portfolios.
• Strong success record in launching and scaling enterprise products.
