• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute product and innovation strategies aligned with the company’s mission to deliver cutting-edge business technology solutions. 
• Innovation Leadership: Drive ideation, prototyping, and adoption of new technologies that enhance organizational efficiency and competitiveness.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and market relevance.
• Market & Customer Insights: Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities for new solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Revenue & Growth Enablement: Ensure product initiatives contribute to revenue growth, customer retention, and market expansion.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure products meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
•  Master’s degree (MBA, MSc in Innovation Management, or Technology Management) is an advantage.
• Specialized training in product management, innovation strategy, or digital transformation.
• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in product management, innovation, or strategy roles.
• Proven track record in business technology solution.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale product portfolios.
• Demonstrated success in launching new products and driving adoption in enterprise markets.
