    Kitchen Steward

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Steward to act as the backbone of our culinary operations.
    • This role is vital to ensuring our chefs have the tools they need and our guests dine on spotless service ware.

    Key Responsibilities

    • ​Operate industrial dishwashing machinery, ensuring correct chemical dilutions and temperatures are maintained.
    • ​Wash cookware, delicate glassware, and specialized culinary tools (mandolines, blenders, etc.) according to safety standards.
    • ​Sort and stack cleaned items systematically to prevent breakage and ensure quick access for the line team.
    • Execute a rigorous cleaning schedule for floors, walls, and ceiling vents to meet health department regulations.
    • ​Empty, sanitize, and reline waste bins; manage the separation of recycling, compost, and general waste.
    • ​Assist with the unloading of delivery trucks and the organized rotation of stock using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
    • ​Perform basic food preparation tasks during peak periods, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients, under the guidance of the Sous Chef.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an NCE, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualifications with 1 - 3 years work experience.

    Concierge

    Job Description

    • To serve as the guest’s liaison and provide precise, concise and accurate directions. Helps guests with transportation services and assists to carry guest luggage to and from rooms.

    Main Duties and Responsibilties

    • Bell desk is always cleaned.
    • Newspaper stand is properly arranged with the day’s paper.
    • Provide assistance to guests.
    • Deliver guests’ letters and newspaper.
    • Keep Luggage trolleys and luggage room always clean.
    • Tag guest luggage accordingly upon arrival and departure
    • Assist guest with their luggage.
    • Assist guest who want to use GYM facilities and the pool.
    • Follow the hotel brand Standard requirements pertaining to the front office operations.
    • Ensure superior guest satisfaction by encouraging guests to review the hotel on Trip Advisor and Guest RevU / Kepsla.
    • To ensure that KPIs are met completely and on time.
    • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and legislative requirements (HSE). An HSE booklet will be given to you.
    • Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 - 5 years work experience.
