    Kitchen Assistant

    Job Purpose

    • Assisting with inventory control, removing the garbage, washing garbage cans, and clearing refrigerators, freezers, and storage rooms.
    • Assist the Cook with ingredient preparation as well as perform all washing and cleaning duties required in the kitchen.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.
    • Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.
    • Assisting the Cook with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat.
    • Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floors as well as wiping down kitchen walls.
    • Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies.
    • Organizing and correctly storing food supplies.
    • Promptly transferring meal ingredients from storage areas to the kitchen as per the Cook's instructions.
    • Stirring and heating soups and sauces.
    • Disposing of rubbish
    • To report to the head of shift of any faults, damaged furniture, faulty appliances, equipment, or any potential hazard.
    • Any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Shift
    • Evacuation of fat trap
    • Cleaning of staff cloak rooms
    • Continuous mopping of kitchen floor to removed oil spill and water
    • Wrapping of cutlery
    • Arrangement and cleaning of plates.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / NCE with at least 1 year experience.

    Job Summary

    • The responsibility of this role is to warmly receive and to open the door for our customers. It also includes cleaning the table immediately after each use by customers and ensuring that flies do not exist in the restaurant.

    Responsibilities

    Job Summary

    • Delivering outstanding customer service, processing food orders, cleaning public spaces, and packaging orders.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Welcome customers and help determine their orders.

    Field Engineer

    Job Summary

    • To ensure that products are repaired/maintained according to laid down company procedures.

    Responsibilities

    • Repair of inverter board, AVR and other electrical/electronic devices up to PCB level using soldering machine.
    • Complete routine and non-routine maintenance i.e. Inverter, etc.
    • Attend to all complaints as relating to technical faults on all the products.
    • Receive incoming defective products from RMA officer.
    • Verify all returned products to ascertain the defectiveness of the product.
    • Diagnose the product to confirm the fault and proffer solutions.
    • Clarify with the customer, if necessary, the fault to confirm the product faults before repairs.
    • Carry out the repairs of the defective product base on the diagnosis and other discovered problem.
    • Document the repairs’ part used for billing by the RMA officer.
    • Test the repaired product(s) to confirm the product proper functions.
    • Perform other function assigned.

    Solar Field Engineer

    Job Summary

    • To ensure that customer installations and repairs are promptly and effectively done according to laid down company procedures.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Installation of all the solar, inverters, batteries and stabilizers according to SOP.
    • Perform routine PV system maintenance on modules and batteries.
    • Identify and resolve any deficiencies in PV system installation.
    • Identify electrical, environmental and safety hazards associated with PV installation.
    • Attend to all faulty service requests that come from customers via the Service Controller.
