    Sales / Marketing Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to meet revenue targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.
    • Build relationships with contractors, engineers, site owners, architects, etc.
    • Get information about all construction sites within assigned territory and make regular visits to build relationships.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or a related field.
    • 2-5 years proven experience in sales and marketing
    • Background in B2B marketing, construction, building materials, equipment, or related industries is a strong advantage
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

    Senior Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • The Senior Accountant will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial data, while supporting the business with reliable financial insights. 
    • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
    • Review progress documentation and prepare customer invoices.
    • Ensure timely transmission of invoices and proper filing of supporting documentation.
    • Monitor accounts receivable and ensure prompt collections.
    • Compute and post provisions, including NCD provisions.
    • Perform account reconciliations and clearing in SAP.
    • Review forex adjustments and revaluation entries.
    • Maintain and update the chart of accounts.
    • Ensure proper accounting filing and documentation systems.
    • Implement and monitor internal controls over accounting transactions.
    • Book intercompany loans and debit notes in SAP in line with transfer agreements.
    • Support financial and tax audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
    • Identify opportunities to optimize tax efficiency.
    • Monitor and support financial knowledge management within the organization.
    • Participate actively in HSE and quality management initiatives.
    • Identify risks and hazards related to accounting and administrative activities.
    • Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

    Desired Skills and Experience
    Education & Certifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
    • ACCA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
    • Strong technical knowledge in tax matters.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles within a large company or international environment.
    • Experience handling tax-related matters.
    • Prior experience in the Oil & Gas sector or in an industrial services environment is a strong advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of SAP and financial reporting processes.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    • Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial controls.
    • Good presentation and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
    • Continuous learning mindset and professional development orientation.
