    Business Development Manager

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts in the industrial catering sector.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record or driving revenue growth, building strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion in the industrial catering sector.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and building strategic partnerships with key decision-makers in the industrial catering sector.
    • Drive profitability, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and partnership development.
    • Ensure registration and LIVE on all tendering platforms (Nipex, IOC's bid platforms etc).
    • Manage prospects from start to completion and spearhead technical and commercial bids.
    • Generate leads and build revenue at a minimum of 30% per annum and Identify and develop unique sales methods dynamic and tailored to the Nigerian business environment.
    • Develop performance excellence and customer satisfaction through full attention, alertness to customer request, creative approach, and timely service delivery and develop new project feasibility matrixes.
    • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities negotiating contracts, and expanding existing client relationships.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, MBA or certification in sales and marketing will be advantageous.
    • Experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the industrial catering or hospitality sector with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and business expansion.

    Job Brief

    • We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Camp Boss, with proven experience working in deep offshore locations, who prides himself on the ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage daily location operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety standards.
    • Coordinate all catering and janitorial services, including meal planning, preparation, and delivery.
