JOB SUMMARY
The Learning and Performance Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning, development, and performance management frameworks that enhance employee capability, productivity, and business performance. The role ensures that staff skills, competencies, and performance align with organizational goals and strategic objectives and also ensures that all staff receive the necessary skills, knowledge, and behavioural training to deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with hospitality service standards and operational goals.
