    Bike Sales Representative

    Role Summary

    • The Bike Sales Representative is responsible for the direct sale and delivery of our products to retailers within an assigned territory.
    • This role requires a self-driven individual who can navigate urban and rural areas efficiently on a motorcycle, manage their sales route, and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    Direct Sales & Distribution:

    • Sell and distribute products directly from the company-provided motorcycle to retail outlets, stalls, and small-scale vendors.
    • Actively introduce new products and sales promotions to customers.

    Route Management & Merchandising:

    • Plan and manage a designated sales route to ensure optimal coverage and efficient delivery.
    • Ensure all products are well-displayed, visible, and stocked correctly at all points of sale.
    • Identify and prospect for new customers within the assigned territory to grow the customer base.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Collect market and customer feedback to help inform sales and marketing strategies.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

    Financial and Administrative:

    • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, inventory, and daily market reports.
    • Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and standard operating procedures.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • High school diploma or its equivalent.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably within the FMCG sector in Nigeria.
    • A valid rider\'s permit/motorcycle license with a clean driving record.
    • Strong knowledge of sales principles, customer service, and merchandising.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly disciplined, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong numeracy skills for handling cash and managing inventory.
