Accountant at Global Organics Limited

A reputable Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company is seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join its finance team.

Salary: ₦300,000 - 400,00 gross monthly

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and other relevant Excel tools.
• Experience with inventory, cost accounting, stock reconciliation, and manufacturing-related accounting processes will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Applicants residing around Abule-Egba, Iyana-Ipaja, Meiran, Agbado, Ota, Sango, and surrounding areas are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Perform bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial analysis.
• Monitor inventory records and conduct stock reconciliations.
• Support cost accounting and production-related financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements, and company financial policies.
• Prepare relevant schedules and reports for Management and external auditors.
• Identify financial discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
