    Technical Content Creator (Copywriter)

    Job Description

    • Are you willing to work with bright business minds in a fast-paced technology services environment? We are a software solutions firm looking for an experienced technical content specialist whose expertise is content /copywriting for a technical and business audience.
    • The successful applicant will be contributing content for building personal brands for top management personnel to position them as notable personalities in technology and business.
    • You will need to be very intelligent and creative, self-driven, and excellent at creating thought-provoking content that can pique the interest of the target audience and drive followership.
    • This is a remote position but you have to be resident in Lagos.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Good understanding of creating right content for a target audience
    • Conceive, develop and implement efficient and intuitive content ideas and strategies
    • Manage/lead the production and performance of multimedia content
    • Write copy for diverse marketing and distribution purposes(brochures, press releases, website material, newsletters, blog articles, etc.)
    • Contribute ideas to daily corporate and personal branding content on social media platforms
    • Compose and write technically sound articles, opinion posts, blog articles, threads and other types of SEO content that position your subject company and personnel as a thought leader in the technology space
    • Drive successful newsletter campaigns by continuously building segmented email lists and sending engaging newsletters to them consistently
    • Lead the continuous ideation for the personal brand being managed by tracking analytics and taking both reactive and proactive steps accordingly
    • Consistently create and engage loyal followership and a wider audience
    • Represent the company’s interest in online and offline image promoting events, activities and other ad-hoc assignments

    Job Skills and Requirments

    • Experience in mapping out a wholistic content strategy for corporate and personal brands
    • Good content organisation and planning skills
    • Excellent at writing both spontaneous and planned blog and opinion posts that create required attention
    • Good understanding of the technology space including everyday technology tools,
    • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ample experience in ideating and supervising the creation and distribution of viral social media content
    • Good understanding of driving newsletter campaigns that achieve set goals
    • Ability to build relevant and segmented email lists using landing pages and other techniques
    • Ability to develop marketing copies, and funnels to drive marketing automation

    B2B Software Executive / Accounts Manager

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Software Services Sales professional to work in our company’s sales department. The successful candidate will sell our products, services and solutions by gaining a thorough understanding of our B2B target clients’ businesses, then proposing a best fit solution to their problems with our existing or new custom solutions.
    • You will identify opportunities, develop compelling business proposals for each situation, and ultimately close the business deals. You will also develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level decision-makers in the industry to unearth key sales opportunities under their purview and to generate repeat businesses.

    Responsibilities

    • Exceed revenue quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
    • Learn the technical details around our products, service offerings, our mode of operations, and problems we solve for our B2B clients.
    • Demonstrate the ability to create and manage conversations at all business and technical levels of a client’s organization from CEO and C-Level staff down to Systems Administrator

    • Collaborate with Marketing to generate high-quality sales leads and move them through the sales funnel to conversion using modern marketing approaches
    • Follow-up on all leads and see ensuing opportunities to a conclusive end
    • Conduct sales pitches and presentations
    • Manage customer accounts and relations by soliciting, logging and responding to client feedback
    • Present sales orders and invoices for processing
    • Present monthly sales performance reports in monthly review meetings
    • Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, proposals writing, negotiations, and the closing process
    • Understand and communicate all product and technological strategies employed by competitive and complementary organizations in our market spaces to help better position our services and solutions
    • Maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction within the accounts in your purview

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years experience in software product or services sales. At least 2 years in a B2B software services environment.

    • In-depth knowledge of the technology industry and ability to understand and speak with authority on industry trends, best practices, competitive practices, regulatory issues, etc.
    • Business Acumen: Understand key aspects of business, e.g., business models and competitive positioning; also understand how business operates, including role of structure, systems, and processes; can speak in business language when talking to customers as well as internal C-Level colleagues.
