    National Sales Manager - Plastic Coolers

    Job Description

    • Initiate sales and marketing strategies that will lead to the company having effective footprint of its coolers and flasks brandsacross all the critical open and institutionalmarkets in Nigeria.
    • Prepare annual sales budgets and ensure implementation and achievement of set targets.
    • Source for new customers while managing old relationships and existing clients ensuring that the customers increase on regular basis.
    • Drive intelligence gathering for deeper knowledge of competitive activities and marketing strategies.
    • Define target markets and route to market strategies to ensure accelerated market share growth within a year.
    • Ensure reconciliation of customers’ accounts on regular basis.
    • Manage subordinates to achieve set sales and marketing goals
    • Set up key performance measurement matrix and indicators for Sales job functions and ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of all sales personnel performance periodically.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / BA with at least 12 years of sales work experience 8 years of which must be in a senior management position.
    • Higher certifications and qualifications especially in sales and marketing is an advantage.
    • Candidate must be currently working in a renowned plastic manufacturing company as a Sales Manager, National Sales Manager or Marketing Manager.
    • Candidate must be passionate about Sales, Marketing Business Development, and Market Leadership.
    • A minimum of 12 years sales work experience 8 of which must be in a senior management position.
    • Knowledge of the national plastic cooler market and business dynamics is critically required.
    • Candidate must be prepared to operate from the factory headquarters in Onitsha but covering the entire business nationwide.

    • Applicants must be very hardworking, and target-oriented, with a high level of integrity.
    • They must be willing to undertake long trips even to the Northern part of Nigeria.

    Regional Sales Manager - East

    Responsibilities

    • Effectively manage all the MSRs to achieve all the set goals of the company
    • Initiate strategies that will lead to the company having effective footprint of its product lines across all the open markets, labs, pharmacies, patent medicine vendors and institutions in the territory.
    • Source for new customers and manage the relationships of existing clients ensuring that the customers increase on regular basis.
    • Drive intelligence gathering for deeper knowledge of competitive activities and marketing strategies.
    • Ensure reconciliation of customers’ accounts on regular basis.
    • Experience in sales and marketing of medical equipment is an advantage.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree / HND in the Sciences like Human Anatomy, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Anatomy, Biology, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, etc.
    • At least Five years pharmasales experience.
    • Presently resident in, Onitsha Anambra State.

    Product Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Champion presentations and organization of promotional events
    • Write and coordinate all product literature in the company
    • Harmonize promotional and activities materials
    • Represent the company in pharma industry conferences, promotional and professional activities
    • Oversee training of MSRs and RSMs onproduct knowledge
    • Drive effective positioning of the brands and its awareness creation
    • Ensure effective target market definition and focus
    • Participate in aligning the 7Ps of marketing with the vision of the company
    • Initiate strategies that will lead to the company having effective footprint of its product lines across all the target markets.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Bachelors degree/HND inBiological Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Anatomy, Biology, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry
    • Seven years Pharma sales or marketing experience as MSR/Manager
