    We are currently hiring a Senior Email Marketing Associate who will be responsible for developing and executing email campaigns that drive customer engagement, enhance retention, and contribute to revenue growth.

    This role covers the full campaign lifecycle, including planning, content creation, implementation, and performance tracking. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and use data insights to continuously improve results.

    • Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end email marketing strategies. 
    • Grow and segment our email database for targeted campaigns.
    • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
    • Write and proofread engaging newsletters with clear, grammatically accurate content. 
    • Ensure mobile-friendly email templates and optimize layouts. 
    • Enhance templates with graphics, personalization, and advanced features. 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging. 
    • Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement. 
    • Report on revenue generated from email marketing efforts.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in email or digital marketing.
    • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Mailchimp.
    • Strong copywriting and project management skills.
    • Hands-on experience with HTML, CMS, and marketing automation tools.
    • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
