Summary of Job Function

• The Learning & Development Specialist will play a key role in designing, coordinating, and delivering learning initiatives under the Sunhive Training Academy.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of learning programmes under the Training Academy.
• Assist in conducting training needs analysis and identifying skill gaps across teams.
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning activities (physical and virtual).
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, learning guides, and assessments.
• Work with line managers to schedule training and ensure staff participation.
• Track training attendance, maintain learning records, and support training reports.
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback for improvement.
• Coordinate external facilitators, vendors, and training logistics where required.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organisation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3–5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Training roles.
• Experience designing and delivering structured training programs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in technical, engineering, or project-based environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of learning frameworks, adult learning principles, and training evaluation methods.
