The Learning & Development Specialist will play a key role in designing, coordinating, and delivering learning initiatives under the Sunhive Training Academy.
Responsibilities
Support the design and delivery of learning programmes under the Training Academy.
Assist in conducting training needs analysis and identifying skill gaps across teams.
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning activities (physical and virtual).
Develop and update training materials, presentations, learning guides, and assessments.
Work with line managers to schedule training and ensure staff participation.
Track training attendance, maintain learning records, and support training reports.
Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback for improvement.
Coordinate external facilitators, vendors, and training logistics where required.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organisation.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3–5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Training roles.
Experience designing and delivering structured training programs.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions.
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in technical, engineering, or project-based environments is an advantage.
Knowledge of learning frameworks, adult learning principles, and training evaluation methods.
