    Business Development Executive (Recruitment, Learning & Development)

    Job Purpose

    • To drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts for Recruitment and Learning & Development (L&D) solutions. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, converting leads, building strategic partnerships, and positioning the firm as a preferred HR consulting partner in line with the 2026 growth strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    Business Development & Revenue Growth

    • Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients for recruitment and L&D services
    • Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets aligned with the firm’s 2026 growth objectives
    • Develop tailored HR solutions based on client workforce and training needs
    • Prepare and deliver proposals, pitches, and service agreements

    Client Relationship & Account Expansion

    Job Requirements

    • HND or Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in any relevant field

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    I.T Sales Executive

    JOB SUMMARY:

    • We are seeking high-performing Sales Executives with experience in IT and Cybersecurity solutions to drive revenue growth and expand our client base across key sectors including financial services, telecoms, government, and large enterprises.

    Senior Telecoms Engineer (Port Harcourt)

    Summary:

    We are looking for hands-on Instrument Engineers with 5–10 years’ experience in instrumentation and control systems, preferably within petrochemical, fertilizer, or oil & gas industries.

    Key Skill Areas:

    • Maintenance and troubleshooting of field instruments (pressure, flow, level, temperature)
    • Control valves, actuators, and analyzers
    • Experience with DCS/PLC systems (e.g., Yokogawa, Honeywell, Emerson, Siemens)
    • Calibration, loop checking, and control system optimization

    Security Access Control Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for access control operations at access control terminal.
    • Able to manage smooth access control of personnel and vehicles from access control terminal.
    • Able to resolve queries with respect to personnel and vehicles entry especially during office peak hours.
    • Ensure screening of personnel and vehicle at access control terminal during entry/exit time.
    • Supervise a team of operators for issuing and managing visitor tags, temporary pass etc. on daily basis.
    • Monitor the functionality of access control equipment’s like turnstiles, boom barrier, visitor management system etc. on daily basis.
    • Should be able to do reconciliation and generate report on daily basis.
