    I.T Sales Executive

    JOB SUMMARY:

    • We are seeking high-performing Sales Executives with experience in IT and Cybersecurity solutions to drive revenue growth and expand our client base across key sectors including financial services, telecoms, government, and large enterprises.
    • The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of technology sales cycles, solution selling, and the ability to engage decision-makers at executive level.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in IT and cybersecurity solutions
    • Sell products and services such as endpoint security, network security, cloud security, vulnerability management, and managed security services
    • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to closure
    • Engage C-level executives and key decision-makers
    • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial bids (RFPs/RFQs)
    • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and profit targets
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients and technology partners (OEMs)
    • Provide market intelligence on trends, competitors, and client needs
    • Collaborate with technical teams for solution design and delivery

    Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

    Identify new business opportunities within the IT infrastructure sector, targeting enterprise and mid-market clients.

    • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
    • Oversee client accounts, managing follow-ups, resolving issues, and securing contract renewals.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting goals and tracking performance.
    • Provide guidance and training to enhance the team’s sales skills and product knowledge.
    • Promote a collaborative, high-performance culture within the sales team.
