Security Access Control Officer at Proten

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for access control operations at access control terminal.
• Able to manage smooth access control of personnel and vehicles from access control terminal.
• Able to resolve queries with respect to personnel and vehicles entry especially during office peak hours.
• Ensure screening of personnel and vehicle at access control terminal during entry/exit time.
• Supervise a team of operators for issuing and managing visitor tags, temporary pass etc. on daily basis.
• Monitor the functionality of access control equipment’s like turnstiles, boom barrier, visitor management system etc. on daily basis.
• Should be able to do reconciliation and generate report on daily basis.
• Able to work on ID card making software and generate ID cards as per company policy.
• Maintain records of security access control incidents and contribute to incident reporting, creating of ID cards.
• Able to work on access control software, visitor management system and monitor access control daily flow,
• Ensure adherence to organizational security policies and procedures at access control terminal.
• Timely processing of contractors’ invoices and handling administrative issues.
• Conduct training for security operatives.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
• 10-15 Years of experience in access control operations
• Very strong Observations and reporting skills
• Positive attitude and analytical.
• Strong minded personality
• Good Interpersonal and strong verbal & written communication skills
• Proficiency in working on outlook, MS office, access control software
• Very High level of professionalism and integrity
• Possession of certifications in security will be advantage.
