    Business Development Executive (Recruitment, Learning & Development)

    Job Purpose

    • To drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts for Recruitment and Learning & Development (L&D) solutions. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, converting leads, building strategic partnerships, and positioning the firm as a preferred HR consulting partner in line with the 2026 growth strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    Business Development & Revenue Growth

    • Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients for recruitment and L&D services
    • Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets aligned with the firm’s 2026 growth objectives
    • Develop tailored HR solutions based on client workforce and training needs
    • Prepare and deliver proposals, pitches, and service agreements

    Client Relationship & Account Expansion

    • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with HR leaders and key decision-makers
    • Upsell and cross-sell recruitment and training solutions to existing clients
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for business development engagements

    Market Intelligence & Strategy Execution

    • Track market trends in talent acquisition, recruitment, and workforce development
    • Identify emerging industries, hiring demands, and training opportunities
    • Provide market insights to support service improvement and pricing strategies

    Collaboration & Delivery Support

    • Work closely with Recruitment and L&D teams to ensure effective service delivery
    • Translate client needs into clear project briefs, scopes, and timelines
    • Monitor client satisfaction and drive repeat business and referrals

    Job Requirements

    • HND or Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in any relevant field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, HR Consulting, Recruitment, or L&D sales
    • Strong B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management skills
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability to understand HR solutions and sell value-based consulting services
