We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with a strong background in the Manufacturing or FMCG sectors to join our team. This is a Top Priority hire for a professional who understands the nuances of credit/debit functions and has hands-on experience with major ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or SAGE. With a competitive salary package of 9M – 10M per annum, this role offers a significant opportunity for a skilled accountant to manage financial operations across our Lagos and Port Harcourt locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage core accounting functions, ensuring high accuracy in all credit and debit transactions.
Oversee financial reporting and data management within the manufacturing framework.
Utilize ERP software (Oracle, SAP, or SAGE) to streamline financial processes and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial compliance within the FMCG environment.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 4–5 years of progressive experience in an accounting role.
Sector Expertise: Proven experience within the Manufacturing or FMCG industries is mandatory.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle ERP, SAP, or SAGE.
Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of basic accounting principles, specifically ledger management (Credit/Debit).
