The Brand Manager will spearhead the strategic marketing and growth of our Pasta portfolio. This is a senior-level role requiring a blend of creative storytelling, rigorous consumer research, and cross-functional leadership. You will be responsible for the brand’s health, market share, and long-term positioning within the Nigerian FMCG landscape.
Responsibilities
Design and execute high-impact marketing strategies to dominate the Pasta category.
Manage end-to-end brand positioning across digital media, channel partners, and retail touchpoints.
Lead consumer research and competitor analysis to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for New Product Development (NPD).
Partner with Nutrition & Quality teams to align marketing with formulation enhancements and product efficacy.
Conduct regular Brand Health Tracking (BHT) to measure Top-of-Mind Awareness (TOMA), Brand Power, and Equity.
Orchestrate collaboration between internal sales teams, creative agencies, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Requirements
MBA (preferred). Bachelor’s degree considered only with exceptional, high-level industry experience.
8–10 years in Brand Management or Product Marketing specifically within the Nigerian FMCG sector.
Proven history of leading large-scale projects and delivering measurable ROI on marketing spend.
