Job Description

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Maintaining Visitor Register.
• Direct visitors by maintaining employee or department directories.
• Receiving and sorting daily mail.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationary.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk or similar role
• Must have Integrity and maintain confidentiality
• Must be able to multi- task
• Must have a pleasant personality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
• In-depth knowledge of office management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Communication and negotiation skills.

Job Description

• Must have thorough knowledge of road signs
• Have an indepth understanding of Nigeria's traffic laws,driving rules and regulations
• Must be very conversant with Lagos roads networks
• Check the vehicle daily before driving.

Education / Experience

• Minimum of OND
• Minimum of 5 years of cognate experience as a driver
• Must have a valid driver's license.
