Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven FX Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in the competitive forex industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet daily call targets and consistently convert leads to sales.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the FX and financial markets, including market analyses, market pulse, global forex regulations and compliance.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Building strong relationships with key clients and Introducing Brokers.
• Proficiency with trading platforms e.g., MetaTrader and other tools.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in FX sales management, with a strong background in the forex trading or financial services industry.
• Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
