    Operations Manager (Fashion Brand)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and address operational challenges, driving solutions that enhance efficiency and profitability.
    • Streamline end-to-end production processes, ensuring timely delivery of bespoke pieces while maintaining the highest quality standards.
    • Oversee inventory, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to guarantee a seamless and sustainable flow of materials.
    • Develop and implement scalable operational systems and procedures.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, including production, design, logistics, and customer service.
    • Ensure continuous staff development and training to maintain expertise in luxury fashion standards.
    • Identify growth opportunities while managing risks effectively.
    • Oversee customer service operations to ensure a superior bespoke client experience.
    • Implement innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
    • Ensure consistent alignment between client expectations and service delivery.
    • Drive innovation within operations by adopting emerging technologies and best practices in the fashion industry.
    • Implement digital tools to optimize production tracking, customer communication, and supply chain visibility.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
    • 8+ years in senior operations roles, preferably in the luxury or bespoke fashion industry.
    • Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market, bespoke production processes, and customer service excellence.
    • Proven experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams.
    • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage internal teams and external partners.
    • Proficiency in operations software, ERP systems, and digital tools for supply chain and production management.

    Senior HR Officer (Financial Technology)

    • The ideal candidate must exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, and performance management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
    • Administer compensation and benefit plans
    • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
    • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities
    • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
    • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
    • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

    • Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

    • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
