    Front Desk / Administrative Assistant

    A Front Desk/Admin Assistant serves as the first point of contact, ensuring a professional, welcoming environment while managing daily administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting parents/visitors, handling inquiries (phone/email), managing records, supporting school operations, and maintaining a tidy reception. 

    Core Responsibilities

    • Front Office Management: Greet visitors, parents, and prospective families professionally, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
    • Communication: Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls; manage school email correspondence; and distribute school newsletters or notices.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain student attendance records, visitor logs, and update school databases or MIS
    •  systems.
    • Administrative Support: Assist staff with photocopying, scanning, filing, and scheduling meetings.
    • Operational Support: Coordinate with school management for supply procurement, manage school mail, and assist with event organization (e.g., school meetings, open days).
    • Confidentiality: Handle confidential student and staff information with discretion. 

    Required Qualifications & Skills

    • Education: B.Sc./HND or equivalent in Business Admin, Education, or a related field.
    • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a school environment.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills (fluent).
    • Interpersonal Skills: Confident, courteous, and polite demeanor.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced school environment.
