We’re seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive with a hunter mindset, individuals who thrive on identifying untapped opportunities, engaging new markets, building strong customer relationships and closing new business at speed.
Your focus will be acquiring new clients across specific market segments by understanding the needs of the key personas and how we help simplify and solve their international payment requirements.
This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, isn’t fazed by pressure, and has deep experience in selling financial services or payment solutions to medium and large-scale businesses. Experience in cross-border trade or payments across Africa is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute a strategic new business acquisition approach: identifying, researching, and engaging high-potential prospects.
Acquire new customers consistently every month from the import/export, freight forwarding, logistics, or trade aggregation space.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets across customer sign-ups, onboarding and transactions.
