    Business Manager

    • Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar leadership role within the fashion industry
    • Strong understanding of fashion retail, production cycles, and brand operations
    • Demonstrated ability to manage teams, structure departments, and ensure smooth daily operations
    • Passion for fashion, trends, and brand building
    • Excellent people-management and communication skills
    • Experience working with designers, production teams, and retail staff
    • Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment
