    Sales Executives

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve sales targets through sales of properties.
    • Own and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
    • Drive category growth across different properties.
    • Lead execution oftransactions and client conversions.
    • Build and manage a pipeline of corporate, diplomatic and government clients
    • Drive volume and high-value gifting transactions
    • Drive a high-performance sales culture
    • Set clear KPIs per sales executive (daily, weekly, monthly) and manage their daily and weekly reports.
    • Conduct weekly sales reviews and coaching sessions on product knowledge, clienteling,and closing high ticket sales.
    • Weekly product-knowledgesessions for the team.
    • Revive all major dormant accounts into active buying customers.
    • Sell all product categories of brands carried by the company in volume.
    • Maintain a strong presence on the field meeting clients outsidefild.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an NCE qualification with 3 - 5 years experience.

    Help Desk Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Perform post-resolution follow-ups with clients
    • Regularly review ongoing problems and follow up with problem owners regarding status and resolution
    • Planning, organizing, and managing staff in support of assigned business unit's products and services, overall help desk operation processes, while ensuring adherence to corporate and departmental policies, standards, and procedures
    • Assist the leadership team with developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas in regards to help desk support for assigned area
    • Manage the 24x7 help desk operations center and oversee the continuous monitoring and service provided to both internal and external clients, ensuring through documentation and issues are brought to resolution
    • Act as an escalation point for direct reports, tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 technical operations support staff, placing the highest priority on ensuring the activities of assigned staff meet the timelines and quality needs of the assigned business unit
    • Monitor, review, and quality check problem management ticket system to confirm problems are adequately resolved by staff teams
    • Continuously review the effectiveness of current procedures/best practices and strive to identify improvement to processes, presenting recommendations (of automation or implementation) to business unit management
    • Ensure department programs and processes are defined in accordance with department documented standards
    • Open and close AD accounts.

    Accountant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Officer to join our growing team.
    • The Accounts Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, supporting budgeting and reporting functions, and ensuring compliance with the company's financial policies.
    • The ideal candidate will support the Accounts/Finance department in managing revenue collection (including from estates and Kuje Transit Park operations), vendor payments, and periodic financial reporting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including rent, subscription, and revenue collections
    • Prepare and maintain ledgers, cash books, and financial statements
    • Process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers for vendors and contractors
    • Support preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports for management review
    • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding client/subscriber payments
    • Assist with payroll processing and staff expense reimbursements
    • Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records
    • Support internal and external audit processes
    • Liaise with banks for transactions, deposits, and reconciliations
    • Ensure compliance with statutory remittances (PAYE, pension, etc.)
    • Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the Head of Accounts/Finance.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc ./ HND in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
    • 2–3 years' relevant experience (real estate or property management sector experience an advantage)
    • Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Excel-based systems)
    • Strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting principles
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information
    • ICAN/ANAN certification (or in view) is an added advantage.
