    Assistant Facilities Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Assistant Facility Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations of a facility and ensuring it is maintained to a high standard.
    • This role includes managing and supervising staff, implementing standard operating procedures, maintaining equipment and systems, and facilitating communication between departments.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the facility while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

    Assistant Inventory Officer

    Job Description

    • The Assistant Inventory Officer is responsible for supporting inventory management, ensuring accurate stock records, assisting in stock movement tracking, and maintaining proper documentation. 
    • The role requires close monitoring of inventory levels, helping with stock audits, and ensuring compliance with the company’s inventory control procedures.

    Key Responsibilities
    Inventory Management & Stock Control:

    • Assist in receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials, feed, equipment, and other inventory items.
    • Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory databases regularly.
    • Monitor stock levels and notify the Inventory Officer of low stock or excess inventory.
    • Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile differences with system records.

    Stock Movement & Documentation:

    • Track the movement of stock across different farm locations or departments.
    • Maintain proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing inventory.
    • Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and arrangement of stock for easy identification.
