We are seeking a Claims Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos.
The Claims Executive will be responsible for claims handling, assessment, and management processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
This position will require actively interfacing with healthcare providers, reviewing claims documentation, resolving disputes, and maintaining detailed records.
The role also involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and assisting in resolving claim-related issues.
Adequate reporting and collaboration with team members will be essential to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Claims Handling and Claims Management to ensure accurate and efficient processing of claims
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and healthcare providers
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and review claim details, identify discrepancies, and make decisions
Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is advantageous
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in using relevant software or tools for claims management and documentation
