    Finance Manager

    Our Client

    Our client, an alcoholic beverage distribution company, seeks to employ a Finance Manager.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform and oversee reconciliations across all balance sheet accounts
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
    • Review general ledger entries and resolve discrepancies
    • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
    • Monitor financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies
    • Work closely with other departments to resolve financial inconsistencies
    • Support audits and provide required documentation
    • Supervise and guide junior finance staff where applicable

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
    • 4–7 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role
    • Strong experience with balance sheet reconciliations
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Desktop Enterprise
    • FMCG industry experience preferred (inventory-heavy environment)
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
