Waste Management Works Manager at Nautilus Nigeria Engineering and Construction Limited

To oversee the daily operations of waste management facilities, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage operations across TDU, wastewater, and produced water treatment plants.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize plant performance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and mentor plant operators and technical staff.
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance reviews.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in waste management or oilfield operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven knowledge of oily waste treatment technologies and environmental compliance.
