    Network Ramp Specialist

    Job Role

    • Supervising the activities of the Turnaround coordinators and the Cargo Assistants to ensure decisions taken are in conformity with company procedures as defined in the Ground Services Manual and regulatory directives
    • Ensuring availability of all services and on-time positioning of 3rd party in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
    • Managing the generation of ASR/GHRs, carrying out root cause analysis and ensuring closure of findings within the defined timelines
    • Reviewing and reporting station GHA adherence to policies and procedure
    • Closely liaising with Integrated Operations Control Centre (IOCC) to ensure operational and technical issues are communicated and reconciled 
    •  Ensuring station data and statistics are up to date

    Must have skills

    • Mastery of Ramp and loading procedures Good knowledge of cargo handling and relevant Airport procedure 
    • Knowledge of aviation security policy 
    • Good analytical skills Attention to details Inter-personal relationship skills

    Good to have skills

    • Ability to maintain professional demeanor 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in any field
    • At least 2 years proven experience in Ramp Operations
    • Valid driving license
    • Relevant Ramp Operations certification would be an added advantage
    • Previous experience in aviation

    Technical Planner

    Job Role

    • Planning and controlling scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of Green Africa Airways fleet
    • Identifying and recommending the necessary changes to Approved Maintenance Program to improve overall dispatch reliability
    • Preparing reports and perform other duties as may be required by CAMO Manager
    • Preparing work orders and issuing in accordance with Green Africa Airways Approved Maintenance Programme
    • Preparing lists of tools, parts, and materials required to perform scheduled work orders
    • Performing checks on the accomplished work orders including verification for filling, signing off, finalizing CRS, closing in the Airworthiness system, and archiving Hard copy and Digital copy
    • Reviewing and monitoring significant aircraft defects, recurring defects, dispatch reliability, MEL usage, MEL deviation and highlight trends and identify root causes
    • Continuously reviewing defects on log pages and on routine maintenance task cards and update the reliability database to ensure defects are rectified promptly
    • Monitoring reliability, preparing regular reliability board meetings, and regular reliability reporting to Management

    Must have skills

    • Well-developed analytical, numerical, negotiation and problem-solving skill 
    • Decisive and self-starting attitude Ability to manage information sources and work under pressure 
    • Maintenance planning and programming skills Attention to details

    Good to have skills

    • Analytical skills 
    • Time management skills

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Avionics, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or any other related discipline
    • 3-5 years experience as a Maintenance planner or Reliability Engineer in Aviation
    • Knowledge of Aircraft systems, Aircraft Maintenance Program as well as a comprehensive understanding of Maintenance and Engineering requirements of an aircraft
