    Van Sales Representative

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive a company-provided van to designated locations to sell products.
    • Actively promote and demonstrate products to potential customers.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
    • Manage inventory levels in the van to ensure product availability.
    • Collect payments from customers and provide receipts as needed.
    • Record sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market demands.

    Qualifications:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct property valuations for sales, purchases, taxation, and investment purposes.
    • Advise clients on land management strategies, including leasing, development, and utilization.

    Human Resources Officer

    • As an HR/Administrator, you will serve as a key liaison between employees and management, ensuring smooth operations and promoting a positive work environment.
    • You will be responsible for various HR and administrative tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and general office management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

    • Oversee general office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor relations.

     Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.

    • Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., ADP, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
