Estate Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuations for sales, purchases, taxation, and investment purposes.
- Advise clients on land management strategies, including leasing, development, and utilization.
- Market and promote properties for sale or lease, negotiate deals, and facilitate transactions.
- Assist clients in identifying development opportunities and managing the development process.
- Analyze real estate markets and investment opportunities, providing guidance on investment strategies.
- Oversee property maintenance and asset management activities on behalf of owners.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Land Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate valuation, management, and development.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.
