Responsible for the administrative responsibilities in the Operations department
Responsible for monitoring the follow up and feedback system of the Operations Department.\r\nTimely dissemination of information to the clients and contractors at the appropriate time.
Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile them with purchase orders.
Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
Ensure the accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.\r\n- Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom.\r\n- Responsible for packing, pricing, labeling, and returning supplies.
Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years of experience in fire alarm.
