- Accountable for bottom-of-funnel results by ensuring high-quality lead generation; manage landing page setups on Webflow to improve conversion rates.

Explainer & Educational

Collaborative Post-Production

Requirements

- Lead on-site filming, including professional lighting setup, high-fidelity audio recording, and camera operation for corporate events, documentaries, and marketing shoots.
Strategic Video Editing
- Transform raw footage into compelling stories through pacing, color grading, and sound design, tailored specifically for the requirements of each channel (TV, Social Media, or corporate communications).
Corporate Storytelling & Testimonials
- Direct and capture authentic interviews and "Human Interest" stories from customers and employees to build brand trust and showcase the company's impact.
Multimedia Asset Management
- Manage the organization and archiving of all raw and final video data, maintaining a high-quality "B-roll" library for future use and ensuring data security.
Pre-Production Planning
- Collaborate with the Creative and Comms teams on storyboarding, script review, and location scouting to ensure all shoots are strategically planned and resource-efficient.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Film Production, Media, Cinematography, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred but not compulsory). ·
- Professional certification in Video Production, Cinematography, or Editing is an advantage.
