Motion Designer at Credit Direct Limited

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Motion Design Creative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and producing engaging motion graphics and visual content that support the company’s branding, marketing, digital campaigns, and corporate communications. This role requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation principles, and brand consistency.

Job Details

Brand Motion Identity

• Develop and maintain a standardized library of animated brand assets (logo stings, lower thirds, icons, and transitions) to ensure a premium and consistent look across all video touchpoints.

Digital Campaign Creation 

• Design and animate eye-catching assets for social media (Reels, TikToks, YouTube ads) and digital display boards, optimized for high engagement and brand recall.

Explainer & Educational

• Animation Translate complex financial concepts or internal processes into easy-to-understand 2D/3D animations for both customer education and internal staff training.

Collaborative Post-Production

• Partner with the multimedia team to integrate motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual effects into live-action footage to enhance the storytelling quality.

Trend & Technical Innovation 

• Stay abreast of global motion design trends and software advancements to continually evolve the company's visual style and production efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory) 
• A strong portfolio showcasing motion design and animation projects is required
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in motion design or related creative role
