    Senior Sales Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Senior Sales Officer plays a critical role in driving the company’s strategic growth initiatives. 
    • This position is responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, managing key client and partner relationships, and supporting the execution of comprehensive growth strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Sales Growth: Drive revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities while managing key client relationships.
    • Strategic Client Engagement: Develop tailored sales strategies, conduct client meetings, and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze market data, and provide insights to enhance sales performance.
    • Negotiation & Deal Closing: Leverage your expertise in contract negotiation to close high-value deals with efficiency.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with all team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales targets, ensuring continuous improvement and achievement of KPIs.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess Bachelor`s Degrees
    • Proven track record in sales, with at least 3 years of experience
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
    • Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Experience in sales of Service is key.

    Security Guard

    Key Responsibilities

    • Security Patrols: Conduct regular security patrols of company premises, including monitoring CCTV cameras and access control systems.
    • Incident Response: Respond to security incidents, including alarms, disturbances, and medical emergencies. 3. Investigations: Conduct investigations into security incidents or suspicious activity.
    • Access Control: Monitor and control access to company premises, including screening visitors and employees. 5. Security Protocols: Develop and implement security protocols to protect company assets.

    Requirements

    • Education: Minimum SSCE or degree in a related field (e.g., security, law enforcement) preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a security role; experience in a corporate or industrial setting preferred.
    • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Work Environment:

    • Work Location: Company premises (office building or industrial site).
    • Work Schedule: One week shift on and one week off, 12hrs 7days work.
    • Physical Demands: May require standing, walking, or lifting; must be able to respond to security incidents.

    Business Development Executive (Upstream Sector)

    Responsibilities

    • Laises with relevant Business-Unit to prepare Chairborne Sales and Business Development Plan, Budget, and Target.
    • Build relationship with existing and potential client.
    • Assist the BDM to develop and execute marketing initiatives to improve profitability and enhance market presence.
    • Actively participates in facilitating the establishing and growth of Chairborne's Network.
    • Conduct regular Assessment to determine profit potential of existing market, considering sales and expenditure statistics.
    • Proactively identifies relevant industry, trade and/or market event to help build company's profile.
    • Prepare Bi-monthly report on the department's marketing and business development activities to the BDM.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Marketing & other similar discipline at least, 3 - 6 years experience in Sales and Marketing.
