Main Duties

• Collect and organize financial documents (invoices, receipts, statements).
• Check if numbers are correct and match the company’s records.
• Help test how well the company’s internal controls work.
• Write down findings and prepare simple reports.
• Ask departments or clients for information when needed.
• Keep all information confidential.

Qualifications

• A Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or something similar.
• Some experience or internship in accounting (optional but helpful).

Skills Needed:

• Basic knowledge of accounting.
• Good with numbers and details.
• Able to use Excel and other computer tools.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food items according to approved recipes and portion standards.
• Ensure all ingredients are measured, weighed, and handled correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Check ingredients for freshness and proper storage.
• Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and reporting shortages.
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
• Report any equipment issues, quality concerns, or hazards to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Basic cooking knowledge and experience.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and portion controls.
• Good time-management and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
• Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
• 1 - 2 years’ work experience.
• Good communication skills (Verbal and written).
• Candidates must reside within yaba and its environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out effective supervision of all production process in line with cGMP or standard requirements.
• Plan and execute production activities to meet the target are met in volume.
• Ensure wastages are reduced to the barest minimum percentage set by the management.
• Carry out proper checks on all supplies i.e raw materials e.t.c to ensure they meet the specification given.
• Carry our regular stock inventory to prevent stock out.
• Give regular production report to the line Manager e.t.c.

Requirements

• OND / HND qualification / B.Sc Degree in Food Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar capacity.
• Must have experience in food production.
• Ability to co-ordinate production process without supervision.
• Ability to forecast production trends.
• Attention to details.
• Candidates must reside within yaba and its environs.
