    Inventory Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Receive incoming goods, store them appropriately, and ensure they are issued correctly.
    • Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supplies are available.
    • Distribute supplies from stock as needed by different departments.
    • Keep accurate stock records using both manual and computerized systems.
    • Use Excel sheets to coordinate and track inventory functions.
    • Monitor the movement of materials and products in and out of the inventory through accurate record-keeping.

    Relevant work experience / Qualification

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • 1 – 3 years of working experience in a related field.
    • Proficiency in inventory software, ERP system, Microsoft Suite ( Excel, word, Outlook)
    • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Fire Alarm Technician

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper installation, functionality, and compliance of all fire alarm and detection systems within commercial and residential properties. 

    Responsibility:

    Install, maintain, and service fire alarm systems.

    • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair fire alarm systems using a variety of brands for optimal functionality.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure fire alarms comply with safety codes and regulations, documenting findings in detailed reports.
    • Respond promptly to emergency service calls related to fire alarm systems to ensure swift resolution of issues.

    Relevant work experience/Qualification:

    • Hold at least an HND/OND qualification in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
    • Possess 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, specializing in fire alarm systems.
    • Proficient in working with various fire alarm panel brands like SIMPLEX, CHEMITRON, KIDDIE, and FM200 Systems.

    Procurement Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure the best value for the organization.
    • Review and analyse all vendors, suppliers, supply option and prices.
    • Preparing of Purchase Orders.
    • Ensure timely delivery of procured items.

    Relevant Work Experience / Qualification

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or any related role.
    • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
