• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Executive to join our HR team in a leading manufacturing company in Niger State.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and supporting workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and talent pipelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in recruitment (manufacturing industry preferred)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting Skills.
• Experience in Interviewing and Hiring skills.
• Employer Branding skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Description

• The storekeeper will be responsible for managing a store's inventory, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
• They ensure the safe custody of all inventory, maintain accurate records, and keep the store organized and efficient.
• Key responsibilities include receiving and inspecting deliveries, tracking stock.

Functions

• Inventory Management: Receiving, storing, and distributing goods while maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
• Storage and Organization: Ensuring proper storage of goods, maintaining a neat and organized store layout, and adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining receipts, records, and withdrawals of stock, and generating reports on stock levels.
• Inspections and Reporting: Inspecting deliveries for damage or discrepancies, reporting issues to the appropriate personnel, and rotating stock to prevent expiry.
• Safety and Security: Ensuring a safe working environment, following safety protocols, and preventing loss or damage to inventory.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.

Must Have Skills:

• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant computer systems.
• Inventory Management: The ability to track, organize, and control stock levels effectively.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities in solving stores issues related to inventory, storage, or deliveries.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
