• As a Data Management & Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing data management and technical support services to ensure the effective use of data and information

systems within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of data management policies, procedures, and standards.
• Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency by performing data validation, data cleansing, and data normalization tasks.
• Data Analysis: Provide basic data analysis and reporting services to support business decision-making.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to users on data management systems, tools, and processes.
• System Administration: Assist in the administration of data management systems, including user management, data backups, and system updates.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical skills in data management systems, tools, and technologies, such as databases, data warehouses, and data visualization tools.
• Programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
