    Litigation Lawyer

    Annual Gross Remuneration: N3.6M

    Our client, is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation practice and courtroom advocacy, with a proven track record of handling complex cases.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Handle litigation matters across various jurisdictions
    • Conduct courtroom advocacy, including trials, hearings, and appeals
    • Provide expert advice on litigation strategy and risk management
    • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes
    • Manage and prioritize multiple cases, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

    Person Specification

    • Bachelor’s degree (LL. B.) in law or a related field. 
    • 4 -7 years of post-qualification experience in litigation practice
    • Strong track record of courtroom advocacy and litigation experience
    •  Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
    • -Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.

    Responsibilities

    • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

    Retail Sales Executive

    Our client, is seeking to hire a highly competent Retail Sales Executive join their sales team.

    The ideal role holder will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Engage customers, explain product options, pricing, and promotions.
    • Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets.
