Retail Sales Executive at First Excelsia

Our client, is seeking to hire a highly competent Retail Sales Executive join their sales team.

The ideal role holder will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage customers, explain product options, pricing, and promotions.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, ensuring proper handling, freshness, and hygiene.
• Record sales transactions accurately and reconcile cash/POS payments.
• Build and retain customer relationships to encourage repeat patronage.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, stock demand, and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling standards.

Person Specification

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within FMCG, frozen-food, or poultry businesses.
• HND/B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Knowledge of basic food handling and hygiene standards.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and peak hours.
