We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Fleet Manager to join our dynamic team located in Jibowu! As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and administration of our fleet of trucks and vans.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• In-depth knowledge of road networks and logistics
• Good understanding of engines, trucks, and vans
• Ability to ensure fleet availability and minimize downtime
• Excellent mechanical aptitude
• Strong relationships with trusted spare parts suppliers
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
• Follow up with drivers to ensure they\'re meeting performance targets

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our fleet of trucks and vans
• Ensure timely deliveries and meet performance targets
• Analyze data to optimize fleet performance
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Lead and support drivers to achieve performance goals
• Regularly follow up with drivers to ensure they\'re meeting targets
• Foster a positive team culture and gain the trust of drivers
