    NYSC Intern - Brands & Communications

    Job Summary

    • The Brand and CommunicationsIntern will assist our Brand and Communications team in implementing communication strategies, building brand awareness, and engaging with our target audience.
    • This internship provides hands-on experience in public relations, media relations, and outreach efforts.

    Roles and Responsibilities
    Media Monitoring:

    • Monitor news articles, blogs, and social media for mentions related to our organization.
    • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly media monitoring reports.

    Content Creation:

    • Assist in drafting periodic press releases, blog posts, and social media content.

    • The Team Lead – Wealth Managementis responsible for managing and leading a team of wealth management professionals to deliver exceptional wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).
    • This role combines leadership, client relationship management, and strategic planning to grow the private banking segment while ensuring the highest standards of service and compliance.
    • This role is pivotal in driving the growth of the wealth management business, fostering long-term client relationships, and positioning the team as a trusted provider of bespoke financial solutions.

    Key Responsibilities
    Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of wealth management/ treasury sales officers, relationship managers, and support staff.
    • Set performance targets and ensure team members achieve or exceed individual and team objectives.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development to enhance team capabilities.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Oversee the acquisition, retention, and growth of HNW and UHNW client relationships.
    • Support team members in delivering personalized financial solutions, including wealth management, investment advisory, and credit services.
    • Serve as a point of escalation for complex client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

    Strategic Planning and Business Development:
